But, online learners often fail to manage their time and keep their urgent work until the last moment. Such behaviour delays their time further, and they fall behind in completing their course.
Time management is a crucial factor that online learners should use to balance their education with their employment. It’ll help them score better in their examinations. Some of the tactics they can follow are –
1. Prioritize the course – Learn to prioritize your course above everything else. Read through your books, complete your assignments, revise the discussions etc. If you're unprepared, take the course another time or partner up with a friend who'll study with you.
2. Request your friend’s presence – Students often suffer from boredom when they participate in web design courses as each student studies alone. However, you can change such an experience by inviting your close friend to study with you. Online learners who study with their real-life colleagues or friends have a higher chance of completing their course.
3. Divide the workload – If you think your workload is heavy, discuss it with your friend and share the load. It'll benefit you both.

6. Remove unwanted distractions – Before you sit for your online course, identify the sources that distract your attention. Stay away from such sources, whether they're your family members, cell phone or television. Instead, remain focused on your work.
7. Seize your opportunity – Usually, courses start simple but get complex with time. Therefore, once you finish one chapter or module, shift to the next. Keep moving forward at your own pace.
